We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to lead customer relationships. The Relationship Manager will be the point of contact for customers’ needs so you should be technically, operationally, and economically knowledgeable about blockchain, crypto-currencies, and protocols.

As the Relationship Manager, you provide business and product knowledge, before and after the point of sale, to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting each sale and continually strengthening the customer relationship.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support for customers both pre and post-sales
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with Tier 1 Partners
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
• Address all product-related queries in a timely manner • Provide the engineering team with customers’ feedback to help identify potential opportunities
• Report to internal teams on product performance, backed by customer provided insight and data
• Be accountable for internal tracking of Tier 1 Partner engagement and satisfaction
• Identify and leverage solutions to reduce support costs
• Establish and improve best practices
• Contribute to customer satisfaction-driven sales performance KPIs
• Create monthly reports for key customers
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to customers as requested Requirements
• 5+ years experience as a Relationship Manager or equivalent, preferably in a tech/crypto/blockchain start-up or project
• Moderate to strong fluency in the blockchain space
• An ability to engage with customers to discern their product and partner-related needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to be prompt and responsive to a breadth of customer expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space
