This role’s main responsibility is to accurately measure various engagement metrics and identify A/B testing winners. This hands-on, technical role will help define and implement our web analytics needs across multiple marketing and commerce websites, and address measurement via appropriate process and technical solutions in collaboration with data engineers, digital channel owners, and digital product managers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead overall strategy and implementation of the web analytics tech stack to increase accuracy, velocity, and actionability of all digital marketing measurement efforts;
  • Maintain a high standard of rigor in the deployment and reporting of web metrics;
  • Manage the current suite of tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tealium IQ;
  • Identify gaps in the current set of solutions and address those using existing or new processes and technical solutions;
  • Lead A/B testing metrics and interpretations;
  • Work with various teams to deliver great end-products within given project deadlines;
  • Identify, evaluate, and select outside partners to enhance our measurement and analytics capabilities, from web visits to conversion metrics;
  • Own daily/weekly/monthly data reporting across multiple websites;
  • Automate the publication of dashboards in PowerBI
  • 5 years of experience in web analytics roles;
  • Highly proficient in measurement and analysis across marketing and commerce web properties;
  • Experience supporting multi-department units and leading across teams;
  • Past experience with desktop and mobile analytics tools and best practices;
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium, Tealium IQ, Optimizely;
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or related area with M.S. degree a plus.
