• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Ensure technology standards and best practices are met
• Work closely with a small team of high skilled engineers and designers
• Analyze, Debug, and report test results for CI/CD environment
• Improve the efficiency, reliability, and stability of the test platform
• Ability to investigate and debug difficult problems
• Monitor web analytics and make recommendations that align with business goals
• Supervise quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests
• Build performance profiling tools and procedures
• Develop and implement disaster and emergency recovery plans

Required Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
